With an impressive background as senior creative to some of the best brands in town, Paul's resume reads like a roll call of iconic modern retail.
As Head of Creative at Fortnum & Mason, Paul defined and instigated the store's visual appearance, including both the world-famous windows and its exemplary product presentation. Other managerial roles include leading the window production team at Selfridges and the Visual Team Manager at Jigsaw. As a Design Consultant, Paul's window installations for Harrods, branded pop-up spaces for Lane Crawford, visual merchandising for Cordings of Piccadilly and interior design solutions for seminal french tailor Cifonelli. show a joined-up ability for profit aware VM and marketing.
Paul's success is rooted in his uniquely quirky creative viewpoint, coupled with his sharp commercial acumen; he believes the best ideas are a fusion of both. His eye for style and design and his strong practical knowledge and skills are offset by a wry sense of humour, making him fun to work with on any project.
Alongside creative retail, Paul's work with prominent design agencies and prop manufacturers are testament to the fact that he knows his way around design blueprints and the finer points of sourcing, costing, manufacture and installation.

Passionate about fashion, craft and retail in equal measure, Tanya’s formidable skill base has been built through a solid practice in retail visual presentation alongside creating mannequins and presentation product for the VM industry.
Within retail, Tanya held roles as both Fashion Co-ordinator and then Senior Visual Manager at Selfridges. Responsible for a team of 80 staff, and heavily involved in the store's innovative redevelopment plan and set-up of the brands trend prediction service. Tanya has also created visual concepts for Whistles and Jigsaw, art-directed press shows and styled campaigns for Marks & Spencer and Warehouse and partnered with Sainsbury's to build a VM training programme for their launch into the clothing sector.
In a move to VM manufacturing, Tanya's role as Marketing Manager for Adel Rootstein, and Design Consultant for Hindsgaul Mannequins. led to her more recent position as Creative Director at Proportion London. Here, she developed pioneering display concepts that built the brand's reputation as industry leader, also working on design commissions for numerous clients; advising and leading product development in her distinctive style.
