ReynoldsSymes - is a creative agency working in the visual merchandising and product presentation industry. The founders, Tanya Reynolds and Paul Symes are a creative union with extensive knowledge of the sector built up through years of practical design practice. Our raison d'être is a combined love of innovative product presentation that generates real excitement and thus adds meaningful value to the bottom line.
In partnership with our clients, we create award-winning retail windows & visual merchandising solutions.. Our projects span window displays for Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason and Harrods, through to pop-up shops for Lane Crawford, Somerset House and many more. We style and produce press events, and have worked with Marks & Spencer at the Saatchi Gallery and fashion brands such as Jigsaw. In the public event forum, our work is diverse, and spans projects from Fortnum's Xmas Skate event through to the design and installation of a goliath 43ft Christmas tree at St Pancras Station. We have conceptualised and developed mannequins and other display product, working with many key VM industry manufacturers including Proportion London and Adel Rootstein.
We understand and respect creative retail - not just the shiny bits, but the numbers, briefs and schedules that sit behind any successful promotion. We appreciate that budgets are not limitless, delivery dates can be tight and retail space has to sell stuff - that’s just how it works.
Within our business lives, we’ve covered retail from penthouse to pavement; working across the spectrum with luxury brands and high street stalwarts, multiples and supermarkets. We are proud of our achievements, but above all, we are passionate about what we do.
